NCE - WARRANTY OF QUALITY

NCE has made a quality system to ensure a high quality for the customer. The quality system includes everything from buying to examination of the end product. The terminology and norms from the international SFS- ISO 9002 quality system are mainly followed.

The quality system covers the production of pipes and fittings. It can also partly be used in other parts of the production.

The following subjects are handled in the quality system:

- Marketing and sales
- Purchase
- Planning
- Production and manufacturing
- Project follow up and guaranties
- Examination
- Divergence and actions

NCE has concentrated on the following subjects in the quality system to ensure a high product quality:

- Purchase and ordering of material and pre fabrications from distributors and subcontractors
- Follow up and documentation of raw material quality
- Manufacturing
- Product checking during the manufacturing process

MATERIAL

The products from NCE are made of fiber glass composites, a material consisting of fiber glass and duroplastmatrix of e.g. vinyl ester or epoxy resins. Fiber glass in banded in duroplast, gets formed during the hoarding and becomes a high quality material. Duroplast gives besides a high mechanical resistance even a very good temperature resistivity.

The composites are chosen from the chemical, temperature, mechanical resistance etc., so that the HDT- temperature (heat deflection temperature) are at least 20°C higher than the use temperature. If difference between the use temperature and HDT is less than 20°C, strength tests must show that the safety factor is enough.

The bindings in NCE products are usually made of E-glass and the chemical resistive C-glass. The structure of them are cutted fiber, rowing line, web or mat. The surface of the bindings are treated with silan compound or some other that gives at least the same joint

Additionals are used in products to improve the products weather and fire resistivity and to increase the products life length. Additionals may not however defect some other properties of the product.
